8 week weight management programme run by our Health and Wellbeing Coach
Weekly 1 hour sessions in Carnforth or Milnthorpe
Eligibility criteria:
- BMI 30+
- Over 18 years old
- Must not be pregnant or breast feeding
- No uncontrolled medical conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure
- Must not be already supported by a dietician or nutritionist
- No current eating disorder
